I just purchased my membership, how do I access the Discord server?

You will receive two emails from LaunchPass. The first is your receipt and the second provides detailed instructions on submitting your unique code to the LaunchPass Bot inside the PlayBit Discord server. Didn’t get any emails? There is a chance you mistyped your email or they ended up in your spam folder - just contact us at support@playbit.info or directly in the Discord using the #contact-us channel.

How do I cancel my membership or update my billing information?

You can cancel and/or update your billing by going to that second email you got from LaunchPass or by messaging the LaunchPass bot cancel or update inside the Discord server.

What is the best way to contact PlayBit?

For the quickest response, create a support ticket in the discord server by going to the #contact-us channel. Once you are there, read the detailed instructions on how to create a ticket. Hint: It’s easy! Just click the mail emoji.

How do I upgrade my membership?

Contact us to upgrade your membership. As long as you haven’t used more than 3 weeks of your current membership, you qualify for an upgrade and refund. We will upgrade you, cancel your old membership, and give you a refund for your old membership so that you are only paying the difference between the two! If you are over 3 weeks in your current membership, you can still upgrade, you just won’t receive the refund.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of the services provided you will immediately benefit from access to the information and services provided on this site. Therefore, there is a strict NO REFUND policy. We encourage you to carefully review the terms and conditions before purchasing any products, goods, or services on the site. If you need help with cancellation, please contact us.

What is the Login tab on this website used for?

This “Login” tab on our website is only used by customers who signed up between June 20, 2020 - July 3, 2020. If this applies to you, you can update your billing and cancel your membership by logging in with the email you used to sign up. If you signed up after July 3rd 2020, this does not apply to you and you don’t need to worry about it.
